In this background we have to understand a few basic things. First, we should understand that social media are platforms and not authors. It's the people who write on these platforms. FUTURE DEMANDING FROM PRESENT It's sure that from two decades of now world, it's society, polity , economy will change fundamentally owing to climate change, digitization, and AI. We must train our new generation to be more resilient to climate change, more compassionate to our nature, more verse in digital technology and open to learn how to govern AI rather than to be governed. Epidemics and pandemics and wars are other two dimensions  which will be there due to our in built tendency to be greedy and  arrogant.  This will cause  heavy blows and then more than area and numbers it is our technical know -how which will govern our course. It's high time for politics to be more cooperative with foreign nations and with own people. Digital religion will continue to soar us, so please take a pause, think and then decide correctly.

          INTELLCT NEEDED Informations and knowledge are two different things. Today parents are more interested in filling their kids with informations and some more smarter do some more exercise to force their kids to hv knowledge of many subjects.      Informations are crude facts, knowledge is a systematic arrangement of facts, but more than the both its  human intellect which is more needed. Intellect is the capacity of reasoning. Information and knowledge are the things of mind but reasoning is exclusively a resident of our intellect which gives us the capacity to analyse received information and knowledge in which basis we decide right and wrong, desirable and undesirable. So please don't put your kids and yourself in the arena of tyranny of  meritocracy standing on the pillars of information and knowledge.

      INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM It's argued by freedom lovers that human dignity includes the individual's freedom  of choice and on this ground they argue that system of law and justice must not interfere with individual's freedom of choice. They argue that this is against the basic human dignity. Of course this argument for individual's freedom of choice is  fundamental to human dignity and if it curbs human dignity that system of law and justice must be denied by the society for better development of human being. If human beings don't feel a safe place for their dignity it's against the growth of society as a whole. COVID IS HARMING TRUST AND TRUTH During this period of COVID 19  along with people two other things have also been major causality, and they are Trust and Truth. HOW POSITIVITY CAN BE GENERATED Time is tough. People are felling ill. People are dying in miserable conditions. They are not getting life saving drugs, oxygen, ventilators, and even hospitalization. Second wave of COVID 19 has shaken everything we possess as a human being. System is collapsing. People have no faith in the system. People in rural areas have no facility of any worth. Testing, hospitalization and treatment in rural areas are  rare  even in normal days. If you visit a small town and go to any private clinic and starts noting down the addresses of the patients you find most of them have come from rural areas . POVERTY AND DEMOCRACY Poverty has many things to do with democracy. Democracy as a system of governance has direct bearing on poverty and on efforts for eradication of poverty. Some people advocate that for concentrated and time framed efforts to eradicate poverty a strong authoritarian system of governance is more suitable but such people forget the basics of autharitarianism in which the focus is the authoritarian and not the masses for whom benefits system is prepared. An authoritative govt never listens to anybody except a small bang of sycophants. As the system is not ready to listen, as the system is not open to dialogue any fault can't be brought into notice. One more important point is that opposite to democracy which nucleus is masses authoritarianism fosters the interests of individuals and it fears enlightened mass. So authitarisnism is no way an answer to poverty.

MAN WITHOUT DEEDS Big words, attractive delivery  of words......These don't matter if they are not backed by splendid works. ShreemadbhagwadGeeta is still remembered not only due to its wisdom words but also due to the victory of Arjuna. If Arjuna would be defeated after listening the Geeta no one preferred it. This is the hard fact of the world. U have to deliver otherwise u will be victim of law of nature. Human society is always upwardly mobile. Even when some historical catastrophes diluted some human civilizations those regathered their strength, rebuilt themselves . And in the process when a man without deeds come in the way he is ditched by the history of civilizations. This is true from nano to micro to macro system.

TECH GIANTS AND THEIR CONTRIBUTORS No doubt, tyranny of big tech giants are now trying to snatch personal  freedom . The social media giants are acting ex parte and they are treating the contributors as their dependents. We will discuss the issue in detail later on but at present I just draw your attention that users of various social media platforms are really the contributors and the govts must look into the legoethical aspect of one sided rules made by the giants to adversely affect the interests of the contributors. In fact the terms and conditions of all mobile apps must be scrutinized from this angle as they provide almost no option but to accept them which is entirely illegal and unethical. Every person's personal liberty must be guarded and this must be obligatory. If the govts don't take actions they will also soon become their prey despite all sovereign powers.

RESOURCES AND POVERTY When we look into the relation between availability of  resources and prevanlence of poverty in the world we find many poor countries are those which are resource rich whearas many rich countries have almost no natural resources. Here when we talk about resources we talk about all sorts or resources like natural, human and intellectual(including technical) resources. Many of the poor countries are rich in natural resources but when we look into the status of their human and intellectual resources we find they are really very very poor in natural and intellectual resources. These findings are real in the countries like India, those of Latin America and Africa. There are empirical evidences in favour of such findings. RESPONSIBLE BUREAUCRACY In criticizing the PM and his govt we can't ignore the role of senior bureaucracy from both administrative and technical sides. As we know the top bureaucracy is always in the command no one can believe that they are innocent . They are equally responsible for this catastrophic pandemic or even more because if the political chief was not listening to them and their genuine warnings they must had flagged the issue before the appropriate forums like departmental press conferences etc. But by keeping their mouth closed they are guilty of throwing the nation in the mouth of deadly virus. Similarly they are also responsible for not raising the issues related to strengthening of health infrastructure. So if the political chief is responsible to the extent of 100 parcent, his bureaucracy is also equally responsible to the same extent. Health Ministry and PMO are also real culprits.

REVISE POLITY AND POLICY                   OF INDIA Infighting, war, epidemic/pandemic and climate change--all give boost to poverty and make this place worse. Resources themselves are not enough. Polity and policy determine if resources are being used to remove poverty or not. See the example of our state of Bihar. Prior to division , Jharkhand state was part of Bihar, one of the richest area in minerals. On the other hand then north Bihar, which is now the whole state of Bihar is one of the most fertile agricultural areas of India, as far as availability of alluvial soil and natural sources of water are concerned.         नई आर्थिक व्यवस्था दक्षिणपंथ के उभार का मुख्य कारण लिबरल राजनीति और मुक्त अर्थव्यवस्था से उपजी असमानता है जिसमें श्रम के प्रति के घृणा का भाव है। लगभग 5 से 6 दशक तक के लंबे लिबरल शासन व्यवस्था के कारण जिस फ्रीडम आधारित दर्शन के तहत फ्री मार्केट इकॉनमी का जोर रहा उसने अवसरों की उपलब्धता, संसाधनों पर अधिकार और परिणामों की संभावना के क्षेत्र में घोर असमानता को जन्म दिया। जिस देश में जो वर्ग परम्परागत रूप से मजबूत था उसकी मजबूती काफी बढ़ गई। पूँजी की बेताहाशा वृद्धि हुई किंतु उसपर अधिकार उनका रहा जो फ्रीडम के नाम पर फ्री इकॉनमी के ऊँचे पायदान पर थे। तकनीक का जोर बढ़ा और गैर वस्तु माध्यमों यथा सॉफ्टवेयर,वर्चुअल तरीकों, और प्लेटफॉर्म, फण्ड मैनेजमेंट, डेटा मैनेजमेंट जैसे चीजों का महत्व बढ़ा और  निर्माण सम्बन्धी, शारीरिक श्रम को हेय दृष्टि से देखने की प्रवृत्ति बढ़ी। लेकिन गैर निर्माण नई तकनीक के क्षेत्र में रोजगार के अवसर तो कम थे ही , तकनीक के बल पर उनको और कम कर दिया गया ताकि मेघा के नाम पर बाहरी लोगों का प्रवेश वर्जित किया जा सके।    इस असमानता, फ्री म...

            मजदूर दिवस 2021 आज मजदूर दिवस है. कोविड की भीड़ में मजदूर दिवस की चर्चा लगभग नगण्य रही है आज, ऐसा लग रहा है। लेकिन क्या ये सच है? क्या सिर्फ कोविड की भयावहता के कारण मजदूर दिवस को लगभग भुला दिया गया है? मुझे नहीं लगता कि ऐसा है। वस्तुतः कोविड की मार से तो हमें मजदूर दिवस की प्रासंगिकता  और अधिक लगनी चाहिए थी। पूँजी विहीन समाज के अधिसंख्य लोग पूँजी की विशाल शक्ति के आगे श्रम करते नजर आ रहें हैं। अभी तक तो श्रम आर्थिक गतिविधियों से इंगित किया जाता रहा है किंतु 21वी सदी ने श्रम को जीवन में जिंदा रहने की शर्त से जोर दिया  है, घर से लेकर अस्पताल होते हुए श्मशान/कब्रिस्तान तक हम सब आज एक साँस के लिए ही श्रम कर रहें हैं। सांसे ही पूँजी बन चुकी हैं और साँस की इस पूँजी पर कुछेक उत्पादकों, वितरकों, कालाबाज़ारियों, प्रभावशाली नीति नियंताओं का कब्जा है। उनसे इस पूँजी में अपना हिस्सा पाने के लिए आज हम सब घर से अस्पताल और अस्पताल से crematorium तक श्रम कर उस पूँजी को कमाने का प्रयास कर रहें हैं। मजदूर दिवस जिंदाबाद!!
