KNOWLEDGE SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY COPYRIGHT
In reality knowledge is a shared property of entire humanity although for profit making, for power wielding , for ruling over rest knowledge has been made an issue of copyright. and this copyright issue has also devided knowledge in the compartments of religion, region, ethnicity, race, caste, nationality etc and consequently today knowledge has been beferft of its original impartiality. This has harmed the entire population of the world and also adversely affected the free flow of knowledge within a community or a nation itself. This has in fact impeded the progress of human beings as a species.
See, how compartmentalization of knowledge in religion or ethnicity has given rise to jingoism. A country like India has an authentic history of more than 5000 years but it's knowledge of ancient time has been identified with a particular religion although this knowledge had contributions of all types of philosophical streams of its time like Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and even many sects and sub-sects of these philosophical systems. This afflition of knowledge to a particular religion has prevented the continuous development of that steam of knowledge which otherwise might be very useful for present society.Today when some one approaches to revive that system of knowledge that is done with the sense of revival of certain ethnic identity giving rise to sense of jingoism whereas that ought to have been done with an objective of integration of ancient knowledge with modern knowledge to find some complementary additions.
